Ray has had an on again/off again personal interest in health matters for most of his life – from having his own garden as a kid to joining several health clubs along the way.  What attracts him to SSYWG is the keen interest and deep knowledge of healthy living practices each of the board members have and their willingness and desire to share with others.  

He is a beginning yoga student and surprising to him, he finds it invigorating and now it is an important part of his daily life.
